Cavaliers' Georges Niang: Offers little in victory Friday
Niang accumulated three points (1-3 FG, 1-2 3Pt) and five rebounds across 15 minutes during Friday's 113-101 win over the Pistons.
Niang didn't produce anything of note despite playing what could be considered meaningful minutes. Although he figures to touch the floor on most nights, Niang's fantasy upside is very limited. Outside of some streaming appeal, managers are within their rights to ignore him across just about every format.

Cavaliers' Georges Niang: Non-factor in loss
Niang notched two points (1-3 FG, 0-1 3Pt) and one steal across 17 minutes during Saturday's 112-89 loss to Orlando in Game 4 of the first round of the Eastern Conference playoffs.
Niang has totaled just 14 points and six rebounds through Clevleand's first four postseason games. He's averaging 18.5 minutes per game to begin the playoffs.

Cavaliers' Georges Niang: Leads Cavs in scoring Sunday
Niang posted 16 points (6-9 FG, 4-7 3Pt), one rebound and one assist across 23 minutes during Sunday's 120-110 loss to the Hornets.
Niang saw an increased role on offense Sunday with the Cavaliers resting multiple players including Donovan Mitchell (knee) and Darius Garland (back). Niang hit on four threes for the 10th time of the season as he led Cleveland in scoring. He finishes his first regular season with the Cavaliers averaging 9.4 points, 3.4 rebounds and 1.2 assists over 22.3 minutes per contest while playing all 82 games.

Cavaliers' Georges Niang: Hits three triples in win
Niang closed with nine points (3-10 FG, 3-8 3Pt), five rebounds and two steals over 27 minutes during Friday's 129-120 win over the Pacers.
Niang did his thing, connecting on three triples as the Cavaliers secured a crucial victory. The two steals were a nice bonus, but not something managers should be expecting. While he has established himself as a consistent part of the rotation in Cleveland, he has no sustainable fantasy value.

Cavaliers' Georges Niang: Pops for 17 off bench
Niang supplied 17 points (6-11 FG, 5-10 3Pt), three rebounds and two assists in 25 minutes off the bench during Monday's 115-92 win over the Hornets.
The 30-year-old forward had his best scoring performance from the second unit since he erupted for 33 points against the Bucks on Jan. 17, and the five made three-pointers tied his season high. Prior to Sunday, Niang had started nine straight games while Evan Mobley was out with an ankle injury and averaged 30.1 minutes over that stretch. While his workload has taken a step back on the bench, he still figures to have a big role in the Cleveland frontcourt.

Cavaliers' Georges Niang: Back in bench role
Niang isn't staring Sunday's game against the Heat, Serena Winters of Bally Sports Cleveland reports.
Niang will retreat to a bench role following the return of Evan Mobley from an ankle injury. Niang could still see a nice chunk of minutes as Mobley eases back into the swing of things, especially considering he hasn't seen any live action since March 5.

Cavaliers' Georges Niang: Knocks down three triples
Niang recorded 13 points (5-8 FG, 3-4 3Pt), two rebounds, one assist and one block in 33 minutes during Monday's 108-103 win over the Pacers.
Niang is one of several Cavaliers that have been asked to take on larger roles in the absences of Donovan Mitchell (knee/nose), Max Strus (knee) Evan Mobley (ankle) and Dean Wade (knee). Over his last five games, Niang has averaged 14.2 points, 3.8 rebounds, 1.4 assists and 2.4 three-pointers.

Cavaliers' Georges Niang: Top scorer in 20-point outing
Niang ended Sunday's 120-101 loss to the Nets with 20 points (8-12 FG, 3-5 3Pt, 1-1 FT), three rebounds and two assists across 25 minutes.
Niang led all Cavaliers players in scoring while connecting on a team-high-tying trio of threes to boost the team offensively in a losing effort. Niang has scored at least 20 points in two games this season, his other such outing being a season-high 33-point performance against Milwaukee on Jan. 17. Niang has been solid from deep as of late, connecting on three or more threes in four straight outings. Niang should continue to see plenty of offensive opportunities as long as Evan Mobley (ankle), Dean Wade (personal), Max Strus (knee) and Donovan Mitchell (knee) remain sidelined.

Cavaliers' Georges Niang: Solid numbers in Friday's start
Niang had 16 points (6-10 FG, 4-7 3Pt), six rebounds, four assists, two blocks and one steal in 36 minutes during Friday's 113-104 overtime win over the Timberwolves.
Making his second straight start in place of Evan Mobley (ankle), Niang delivered his highest scoring total since he erupted for 33 points against the Bucks on Jan. 17. The 30-year-old forward has produced eight assists, seven made threes, four steals and two blocks across his two starts, and his ability to contribute across multiple categories will make him an intriguing fantasy option while Mobley is sidelined.

Cavaliers' Georges Niang: Stuffs stat sheet in spot start
Niang supplied 13 points (5-8 FG, 3-4 3Pt), three rebounds, four assists and three steals in 26 minutes during Wednesday's 112-101 loss to the Hawks.
Niang made his second start of the season -- and first one since Nov. 1 -- due to the absence of Evan Mobley (ankle). Even though he's not expected to replicate Mobley's influence or numbers on both ends of the court, he delivered a decent performance and made his presence felt while shooting the ball efficiently from beyond the arc. Niang should remain in the starting lineup when the Cavaliers take on the Timberwolves on Friday, and he could very well remain a starter until Mobley is ready to return.

Niang is in the starting lineup for Wednesday's game versus the Hawks, Serena Winters of Bally Sports Cleveland reports.
Niang and Dean Wade will replace Sam Merrill and Evan Mobley (ankle) in the starting five Wednesday. Niang tallied five points, 10 rebounds, two assists and one steal in 28 minutes during his only other starting appearance this season.
