Oladipo will join the Bucks' G League affiliate, the Wisconsin Herd, NBA reporter Jake Fischer reports.
Oladipo joined the G League player pool Friday and has reportedly landed with the Herd. The veteran guard most recently played for the Guangzhou Loong Lions of the Chinese Basketball Association, where he scored in double figures in each of the team's preseason scrimmages against NBA opponents.
Oladipo produced 20 points (8-19 FG, 1-8 3Pt, 3-3 FT), five rebounds, three assists, five steals and one block across 29 minutes of Monday's 119-88 exhibition loss to the Spurs.
Oladipo, who attempted an NBA comeback last season, will spend the 2025-26 season with the Guangzhou Loong-Lions. Oladipo, who is now 33 years old, certainly looked sharp against the Spurs and appears to have plenty left in the tank.
The Grizzlies waived Oladipo (knee) on Thursday, Shams Charania of The Athletic reports.
Oladipo is still recovering from April surgery to repair a patellar tendon in his left knee and is without a clear timeline for a return, so he's unlikely to sign with a team anytime soon upon clearing waivers. Since the 2018-19 campaign, Oladipo has made just 142 total regular-season appearances, with knee injuries being the primary cause of his missed time. Though he's just 31 years old, Oladipo's time as an impact player in the NBA appears to be over.

The Grizzlies acquired Oladipo (knee) and three future second-round draft picks from the Rockets on Thursday in exchange for Steven Adams (knee), Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN reports.
Oladipo hasn't played this season and doesn't have a clear timetable for this return from knee surgery, so Memphis acquired him mainly for the purpose of gaining cap flexibility and shedding the contract of Adams, who is also out for the rest of the season. If can return at some point this season, Oladipo would bring added depth to the Memphis backcourt, but it wouldn't be surprising if the Grizzlies looked to move him elsewhere ahead of the Feb. 8 trade deadline in a separate deal.
