Nuggets' Jorge Gutierrez: Waived by Denver
Gutierrez was waived by the Nuggets on Monday, T.J. McBride of MileHighSports.com reports.
Though the veteran point guard impressed during his limited time in training camp, Gutierrez will now have to look elsewhere as he pursues a return to the NBA. His last action came with Charlotte in the 2015-16 season.

Nuggets' Jorge Gutierrez: Added to training camp roster
Gutierrez signed a training camp contract with the Nuggets on Tuesday, Chris Dempsey of the Nuggets' official site reports.
Gutierrez hasn't appeared in an NBA game since the 2015 season with Charlotte, and he seems unlikely to crack the final roster after inking a training camp deal with Denver.

Jorge Gutierrez: Waived by Brooklyn
Gutierrez was waived by the Nets on Tuesday, Marc Spears of ESPN reports.
The Nets trimmed four players from their roster Tuesday, and Gutierrez was one of the casualties. The point guard has bounced around between the Nets, Bucks and Hornets over the last three seasons but is yet to find anything close to a permanent home. Look for the 27-year-old to explore his options in the D-League, as well as overseas.

Nets' Jorge Gutierrez: Signs with Nets
Gutierrez signed a training camp contract with the Nets on Wednesday, Adrian Wojnarowski of Yahoo! Sports reports.
Gutierrez found minimal interest at the start of the 2015-16 season, but eventually signed a pair of 10-day contracts with the Hornets in February, which led to him signing with the team for the rest of the season. He finished the campaign with 12 appearances and averaged 1.8 points and 1.4 assists over 5.3 minutes per game. Since Gutierrez's deal is guaranteed for 2016-17 and Jeremy Lin, Greivis Vasquez and Isaiah Whitehead slot above him on the depth chart, it's unlikely that he'll break camp with the Nets.

Hornets' Jorge Gutierrez: Doesn't play in Game 2 loss
Gutierrez (coach's decision) didn't play in Tuesday's 115-103 loss to the Heat in Game 2 of the first-round playoff series.
Gutierrez saw four minutes of garbage time in the Game 1 loss, but with the margin of defeat in Game 2 being smaller, the third-string point guard didn't get on the court. Though the Hornets find themselves in a 2-0 hole in the series, don't expect Gutierrez to pilfer much playing time from the likes of Kemba Walker and Jeremy Lin, who are firmly locked into their roles as the starting and backup point guard, respectively.

Hornets' Jorge Gutierrez: Will sign with Hornets for remainder of season
Gutierrez will sign a contract Thursday with the Hornets through the remainder of the season, Rick Bonnell of the Charlotte Observer reports.
Gutierrez has made three appearances thus far with the Hornets, averaging three points and one assist in five minutes. He'll continue to provide depth at point guard behind Kemba Walker and Jeremy Lin for the rest of the season, but don't expect him to see the court much.

Hornets' Jorge Gutierrez: Signs second 10-day contract with Hornets
Gutierrez will sign a second 10-day contract with the Hornets, Adrian Wojnarowski of Yahoo! Sports reports.
Gutierrez has made just one appearance with the Hornets since signing his initial 10-day contract on Feb. 20, a four-minute outing against the Cavaliers on Wednesday. At best, the journeyman is only an emergency relief option behind Kemba Walker and Jeremy Lin.

Hornets' Jorge Gutierrez: Signs 10-day contract with the Hornets
Gutierrez signed a 10-day contract with the Hornets on Saturday, Marc J. Spears of Yahoo! Sports reports.
Gutierrez was waived by the Bucks back in October, and has since played in the D-League. He was averaging 11.3 points, 4.2 rebounds, 5.7 assists, and 2.2 steals before signing with Charlotte. It appears the Hornets are looked to add depth to their backcourt, but it is unlikely Gutierrez will see any time in the rotation.

Bucks' Jorge Gutierrez: Waived by Bucks
Gutierrez was waived by the Bucks on Wednesday.
As expected, Gutierrez was unable to crack the final, 15-man roster, and it's now increasingly likely that Johnny O'Bryant will occupy the final roster spot, as Milwaukee also cut Josh Powell and Marcus Landry on Wednesday. Gutierrez has a history with coach Jason Kidd, playing under him in Brooklyn as well as last season in Milwaukee, so it wouldn't be a surprise if Gutierrez is back in the Bucks uniform at some point later in the season, if the team were to suffer an injury or free up a roster spot.

Bucks' Jorge Gutierrez: Playing time to drop after preseason
Gutierrez is averaging 12 minutes on the court after four preseason games.
Gutierrez's playing time is sure to drop almost completely once the regular season starts. Currently fourth on the Bucks' depth chart behind Michael Carter-Williams, Greivis Vasquez, and Jerryd Bayless, Gutierrez is on the fringe of a roster that needs to cut at least one player by the start of the regular season. Look for Gutierrez to continue seeing minutes in the next two preseason games as he plays for a spot on the 15-man roster.
