Alec Peters: Reaches deal with Turkish club
Peters signed a one-year contract Monday with Turkish club Anadolu Efes, Eurohoops.net reports.
Peters, a second-round pick of the Suns in 2017, appeared in 20 games with Phoenix as a rookie but has since plied his trade overseas. After the 24-year-old big man was unable to secure a deal at the NBA level promising him meaningful guaranteed money, he'll head to Turkey in an attempt to boost his stock.

Alec Peters: Takes career to Russia
Peters agreed Monday on a one-year contract with CSKA Moscow of the Russian VTB United League.
Peters was an unrestricted free agent after his one-year, two-way contract with the Suns expired at the end of June. A 2017 second-round pick out of Valparaiso, Peters suited up for 20 games with the Suns as a rookie, averaging 4.1 points and 1.9 boards in 11.3 minutes per contest. The one-year deal with the Russian club will leave a return to North America on the table for the 23-year-old if he plays well enough overseas to generate renewed interest from NBA teams.

Suns' Alec Peters: Explodes for 36 in win
Peters exploded for 36 points (10-20 FG, 8-13 3Pt, 4-4 FT), nine rebounds, two assists and one steal across 28 minutes during Tuesday's 124-97 win at Dallas.
Peters erupted for career high 36 points on 50 percent shooting while also hauling in a career high nine rebounds during the win. Previously, the former Valparaiso star's highest scoring game was eight points against the Warriors on Apr. 8. Counting Tuesday's performance, Peters is now averaging 4.1 points and 1.9 rebounds over 20 games played this season.

Suns' Alec Peters: Best game since Dec. 22
Peters erupted for 28 points (7-13 FG, 7-13 3Pt, 7-7 FT) and added seven assists, two rebounds and two steals during Wednesday's 141-117 loss at Santa Cruz.
The first-year forward from Valparaiso finished with his best scoring game since going off for 31 points back on Dec. 22. All of Peter's shot attempts in his last two games have come from three-point range, going 10-for-23 during that span. The 22-year-old is so far having an excellent first season in the G-League, averaging 17.3 points and 7.2 rebounds per game.

Suns' Alec Peters: Assigned to G-League
Peters was assigned to the G-League's Northern Arizona Suns on Friday, Scott Bordow of The Arizona Republic reports.
Peters has seen some spot run with Phoenix as of late, playing in seven of the past 14 games, averaging 1.9 points, 2.1 rebounds and 1.0 assists across 9.6 minutes. The organization appears to feel it's best for him to get some extra run in the G-League for the time being, however.

Suns' Alec Peters: Signs two-way deal with Suns
Peters signed a two-way contract with the Suns on Saturday, Sam Amico of Fox Sports Ohio reports.
The 54th overall pick in the 2017 NBA Draft, Peters will spend the majority of the upcoming season in the G-League, though can be at the NBA level for as long as 45 days. The 6-foot-9 forward was named the Horizon League Player of the Year last season in college after posting 23.0 points and 10.1 boards for Valparaiso.
