Jack Cooley: Heads to Italy
Cooley signed a contract last week with Dinamo Sassari of the Italian League.
Cooley spent the 2017-18 season with the Kings on a two-way deal. He played almost exclusively at the G League level, logging a mere seven appearances with Sacramento in what marked his first NBA action since the 2014-15 campaign. The 27-year-old center didn't turn many heads while suiting up for the Suns' summer league squad in July, so he'll test his luck overseas in 2018-19.

Suns' Jack Cooley: Joining Suns for summer league
Cooley, who wasn't tendered a qualifying offer by the Kings and is an unrestricted free agent, will play for the Suns' summer league team, James Ham of NBC Sports Bay Area reports.
Cooley was with the Kings on a two-way contract last season, often flipping between the big club and the team's G-League affiliate. He saw action only only seven games at the NBA level and as a result, the Kings felt he was expendable. Look for Cooley to now join the Suns for summer league, where he'll attempt to impress the staff with the hope of earning a training camp invite. The 27-year-old forward isn't a lock to make a final regular-season roster.

Kings' Jack Cooley: Sees seven games
Cooley appeared in seven games with Sacramento and mustered 5.7 points, 4.3 rebounds and 0.9 assists per game.
This was Cooley's second year in the NBA while his rookie season was during the 2014-15 season with the Jazz. The Notre Dame product wasn't much of a factor in his seven games but did manage a season high 10 points on the final day of the regular season. Cooley will probably land on a G League team for next year.

Kings' Jack Cooley: Returns to Sacramento on Saturday
The Kings recalled Cooley from the G League's Reno Bighorns ahead of Saturday's 112-96 loss to the Warriors. Cooley finished with seven points (3-5 FG, 1-1 FT), seven rebounds, two assists and one steal in 18 minutes.
With Zach Randolph (personal) unavailable and Kosta Koufos not playing in a coach's decision, space in Sacramento's big-man rotation opened up for Cooley, who hadn't appeared with the Kings since March 9. Reno is set to play Tuesday against the South Bay Lakers in the G League postseason, so Cooley's next outing could come with the Kings' affiliate team.

Jack Cooley: 19 and 18 in win
Cooley amassed 19 points (6-19 FG, 7-7 FT), 18 rebounds, one assist, one steal and one block during Saturday's 136-122 win over the Texas Legends.
This was Cooley's best rebounding performance of the season as he also lead all G League players Saturday in the respective category. The 26-year old from Notre Dame has been a dominating force in the paint for the Bighorns all season long, contributing with 17.7 points and 9.7 rebounds per game so far.

While he's been called up, it's still unclear whether or not he'll be active for Friday's contest agains the Trail Blazers. If he ends up playing, it would be his NBA debut.

Both Cooley and fellow two-way contract player JaKarr Sampson will be sent to the G-League Tuesday, with neither guy seeing regular minutes with the big club early this season. Cooley, specifically, hasn't even touched the court yet, so a stint with the Bighorns will allow him to see a full workload and work on his overall development. With only limited days available to play with the Kings this season, Cooley will be off the fantasy radar.

Cooley, after going undrafted back in 2013, has bounced around the NBA and the D-League since. Last season, however, he played for the German club MHP Riesen Ludwigsburg. He'll look to make a name for himself in the G-League this season.

Cooley has reached agreement on a contract with Unicaja Malaga of Spain for the remainder of the season, Solobasket.com reports.
Cooley had previously signed on to play with the Jazz's D-League affiliate, so he'll likely have to buy out of that deal before he's formally cleared to play overseas. The former Notre Dame forward played in 16 games with the Jazz last season, but was cut by the team in training camp this fall.

Cavaliers' Jack Cooley: Waived by Cavaliers
Cooley was waived by the Cavaliers on Friday, Jason Lloyd of the Akron Beacon Journal reports.
Cooley lasted just a week with the Cavaliers and will now head back to the open market. He spent his rookie year with the Jazz last season, playing in 16 games, while averaging 1.7 points, 1.6 rebounds and 0.4 steals over five minutes. The former Notre Dame product may get some looks over the next few days from a few desperate teams, but more than likely he'll end up in the D-League for the start of the season.

Cavaliers forward Jack Cooley put up six points (2-6 FG, 2-4 FT), 15 rebounds, one assist and one block across 18 minutes in a win over the Mavericks on Monday.
The 15 rebounds in 18 minutes is an impressive number, but it likely wont change his fantasy value. With Anderson Varejao returning from an Achilles injury and Timofey Mozgov securing the starting role, it will be tough for the Cavs to carve out any minutes for Cooley this season

Cavaliers sign Jack Cooley
Jack Cooley has agreed to a contract with the Cavs, Shams Charania of Yahoo! Sports reports.
He'll add depth at power forward, but Cooley played in just 16 games with the Jazz last season as a rookie before getting waived by the team earlier this week. The Notre Dame product averaged 16.8 points and 12.5 rebounds over 20 games in the D-League last season.

Cooley has shown sparks of improvement over the past year within the Jazz organization but ultimately his limited outings on the court weren't impressive enough to make the 15-man roster this season. He'll look to land on another NBA team before the season starts anew but he won't likely end up anywhere that will afford him legitimate playing time.

Utah Jazz's Jack Cooley Limited off bench Wednesday
Cooley only spent three minutes on the court during Wednesday's preseason contest against the Lakers in Hawaii.
Cooley has a proven ability to rebound at a very high rate, but the rest of his game isn't up to par for coach Quin Snyder's standards at the moment. Unless a wave of injuries overcomes Utah, Cooley is in line for extended time spent on the bench this coming season.
