  • Pacers' Myles Turner: Available to face Houston

Turner (calf) is available for Wednesday's game against the Rockets, Ben DuBose of USA Today reports.

Turner was deemed questionable for this matchup against the Rockets, but he'll suit up and is expected to handle his regular workload at center. Turner is averaging 18.9 points, 7.1 rebounds, 1.6 blocks and 1.3 assists per game since the beginning of November.

  • Pacers' Myles Turner: Deemed questionable for Wednesday

Turner (calf) is listed as questionable for Wednesday's game against the Rockets.

Turner sat during Monday's loss to the Raptors due to right calf soreness, though coach Rick Carlisle said Tuesday that the big man will likely return to the lineup for Wednesday's game, according to Dustin Dopirak of The Indianapolis Star. With both Isaiah Jackson (Achilles) and James Wiseman (Achilles) out for the year, the club will turn to Enrique Freeman if Turner is unable to return.

  • Pacers' Myles Turner: Expected back Wednesday

Pacers head coach Rick Carlisle said that he expects Turner (calf) to return to the lineup Wednesday in Houston, Dustin Dopirak of The Indianapolis Star reports.

While Turner sat out Monday's 130-119 loss to the Raptors due to right calf soreness, the Pacers turned to 6-foot-7 undrafted rookie Enrique Freeman to step in as an undersized starter at center. The Pacers' center depth has been tested with both James Wiseman and Isaiah Jackson having suffered season-ending Achilles injuries, and Carlisle indicated that the Pacers are expected to formally sign Moses Brown on Wednesday to aid a depleted frontcourt. While the addition of Brown could prompt the Pacers to ease up on Turner's workload over the balance of the season, the 28-year-old likely won't face any major restrictions with his playing time if he ends up being cleared to play in Houston as anticipated. Turner had averaged 34.0 minutes per game over his last eight appearances before missing Monday's contest.

  • Pacers' Myles Turner: Won't play vs. Toronto

Turner (calf) has been ruled out for Monday's game against the Raptors, Eric Koreen of The Athletic reports.

Turner is coming off a season-high 34-point outing across 40 minutes during Sunday's 119-110 win over the Heat. Given Turner's heavy usage, the Pacers will sit the veteran center for the second leg of a back-to-back Monday, though he should be available to play Wednesday against the Rockets. With Turner sidelined, Obi Toppin and Jarace Walker are the top candidates to see increased minutes, as the usual backup centers -- Isaiah Jackson (Achilles) and James Wiseman (Achilles) -- are both out for the remainder of the 2024-25 campaign.

  • Pacers' Myles Turner: Iffy for Monday

Turner is questionable for Monday's game against the Raptors due to right calf soreness, Jeremiah Johnson of Bally Sports Indiana reports.

Turner just logged 40 minutes against the Heat on Sunday, so the Pacers may err on the side of caution for the second leg of this back-to-back set. If Turner is unable to play, both Jarace Walker and Obi Toppin could potentially step into much larger roles.

  • Pacers' Myles Turner: Season-high scoring total in win

Turner recorded 34 points (14-23 FG, 5-8 3Pt, 1-1 FT), nine rebounds, one assist and two blocks across 40 minutes during Sunday's 119-110 win over the Heat.

Turner dominated in Sunday's contest, leading all Pacers in scoring and made threes on his way to a new season-high point total. Turner, who was also one rebound short of a double-double, has now connected on five threes in three contests and has surpassed the 30-point mark in two outings.

  • Pacers' Myles Turner: Puts up 26 points in win

Turner closed Sunday's 132-121 victory over New York with 26 points (8-15 FG, 5-8 3Pt, 5-6 FT), six rebounds, one assist, two blocks and one steal across 39 minutes.

Turner's perimeter shooting continues to turn heads, as this was his second game of the campaign with at least five three-pointers. For the season, Turner is averaging 2.2 makes per game and is on pace to shoot a career-high 40.8 percent from beyond the arc.

  • Pacers' Myles Turner: Posts another double-double in win

Turner ended Wednesday's 118-111 win over the Magic with 17 points (6-17 FG, 1-6 3Pt, 4-5 FT), 10 rebounds, two assists, two blocks and one steal across 36 minutes.

Turner was once again a strong presence in the paint Wednesday, leading the Pacers in blocks while concluding second on the team in scoring and rebounds in a double-double performance. Turner has turned his game up a notch as of late, recording his second straight outing with at least 15 points and 10 rebounds. Turner now has two double-doubles on the season and has surpassed the double-digit point total in all seven appearances.

  • Pacers' Myles Turner: Explodes for huge double-double

Turner provided 30 points (10-17 FG, 5-8 3Pt, 5-5 FT), 11 rebounds, one block and one steal in 33 minutes during Monday's 134-127 win over the Mavericks.

Turner turned in an excellent performance. He dominated inside and got the job done on the perimeter, drilling a season-high five three-pointers in the win. Turner had yet to post a double-digit rebound total coming into Monday's game, so the double-double was certainly a step in the right direction. Turner can post high-scoring totals when he gets opportunities beyond the arc, but 30 points is a rarity. He met that threshold only twice during the 2023-24 season.

  • Pacers' Myles Turner: Inefficient in return

Turner recorded 12 points (5-12 FG, 2-5 3Pt), four rebounds, two assists and one block across 30 minutes during Friday's 125-118 loss to New Orleans.

Turner returned to action Friday after missing Indiana's previous contest with an ankle injury. Through his first five appearances this season, the 28-year-old big man is struggling with his efficiency, posting 46.4/33.3/63.2 shooting splits. However, Turner's 1.8 blocks per contest are a valuable asset for fantasy managers.

  • Pacers' Myles Turner: Will play Friday

Turner (ankle) is available for Friday's game against the Pelicans.

Turner shakes off a questionable tag and will return to action following a one-game absence. In four regular-season appearances, he's averaged 15.0 points, 6.3 rebounds and 2.0 blocks in 30.5 minutes per game.

  • Pacers' Myles Turner: Questionable against New Orleans

Turned (ankle) is listed as questionable for Friday's game versus the Pelicans.

Turner was also deemed questionable for Indiana's previous contest before ultimately being ruled out with a left ankle sprain. If Turner is unable to suit up against New Orleans, Isaiah Jackson should draw another start.

  • Pacers' Myles Turner: Officially unavailable Wednesday

Turner (ankle) will miss Wednesday's game versus Boston, Tony East of SI.com reports.

Turner was a weapon against Boston in last year's postseason, but Isaiah Jackson will be tasked with enlarged duties Wednesday. Turner's injury marks a significant absence for a Pacers squad still looking to settle into rhythm on both ends.

  • Pacers' Myles Turner: Iffy against Boston

Turner is listed as questionable for Wednesday's game versus the Celtics due to a left ankle sprain.

Turner is in danger of missing his first outing of the season Wednesday while dealing with an ankle injury. If Turner is ruled out against Cleveland, Isaiah Jackson will likely step in as the team's starting center.

  • Pacers' Myles Turner: Four steals in loss

Turner totaled 14 points (4-11 FG, 2-5 3Pt, 4-8 FT), four steals, four rebounds, two assists and one block across 37 minutes during Sunday's 118-114 overtime loss to the 76ers.

The big man stuffed the stat sheet while putting on a great defensive showing against Andre Drummond and the 76ers. Turner struggled from three-point range across 23 minutes in Friday's loss to New York, though he has already shown through three appearances that he is much more comfortable shooting from beyond the arc at a high volume. The 28-year-old had his least efficient game Sunday while struggling on the glass, but his defensive upside and three-point shooting help keep him as a relevant option in all fantasy formats.

  • Pacers' Myles Turner: Swats three shots Friday

Turner accumulated 13 points (5-9 FG, 0-3 3Pt, 3-5 FT), seven rebounds, one assist and three blocks across 23 minutes during Friday's 123-98 loss to the Knicks.

The Pacers struggled offensively throughout the entire game, but the big man found a way to make an impact on both ends of the court with his three blocks and seven rebounds. Turner has posted a combined 33 points, 16 rebounds, five assists and seven blocks over his first two appearances this season, and there's a strong case to highlight him as the Pacers' most consistent player over the team's first two outings.

  • Pacers' Myles Turner: Scores 20, grabs nine boards

Turner logged 20 points (7-14 FG, 3-8 3Pt, 3-3 FT), nine rebounds, four assists and four blocks in 36 minutes during Wednesday's 115-109 victory over the Pistons.

Turner enjoyed a strong start to the season and finished just one board away from recording a double-double, a strong output for a big man who's always been criticized for being a below-average rebounder for his size. Turner figures to remain a key player for the Pacers on offense and seems to have picked things up right where he left them off in 2023-24, where he averaged 17.1 points, 6.9 rebounds, 1.9 blocks and 1.5 three-pointers made across 77 regular-season appearances.

  • Pacers' Myles Turner: Lands team-high 18 points

Turner totaled 18 points (7-10 FG, 2-4 3Pt, 2-2 FT), four rebounds, two assists, one steal and one block in 25 minutes during Thursday's preseason win over the Hornets.

Turner did a bit of everything in the win, which should translate into the regular season. His fantasy floor remains relatively safe due to his elite block production. However, underwhelming rebound numbers and a tendency to be passive on the offensive end can limit his upside. With that said, he should be targeted in the middle rounds of drafts, often going off the board in the 50s, along with a host of other center-eligible players.

  • Pacers' Myles Turner: Productive in limited run Monday

Turner posted 12 points (5-10 FG, 2-5 3Pt), seven rebounds, two assists and one steal across 17 minutes in Monday's 120-116 preseason loss to the Grizzlies.

Turner made an impact in his limited run Monday, hitting two three-pointers and tying Enrique Freeman with a team-high seven rebounds. Turner's ability to shoot the three has remained fairly solid throughout his career, and he shot 35.8 percent from downtown while attempting 4.2 threes per game in the 2023-24 regular season. The big man is coming off a stellar season, during which he averaged 17.1 points, 6.9 rebounds and 1.9 blocks across 27.0 minutes per game in 77 regular-season appearances.

  • Pacers' Myles Turner: Productive in preseason debut

Turner finished with 12 points (5-10 FG, 0-3 3Pt, 2-3 FT), three rebounds, two assists and a block across 16 minutes in Thursday's 129-117 preseason win over the Cavaliers.

Turner made his preseason debut after missing Tuesday's game against the Hawks due to a knee problem. Indiana will try to be cautious in case the knee bothers Turner again, but if that's not the case, he's penciled in as the starting center for Opening Night against the Pistons on Oct. 23.
