Gabriel Deck: Finds opportunity overseas
Deck finalized a three-year contract with Spanish club Real Madrid on Wednesday, Eurohoops.net reports.
After the Thunder waived him Jan. 4 upon acquiring Miye Oni in a deal with the Jazz, Deck wasn't expected to stick around in the NBA. He had a rather uneventful run in the league over the past two seasons with Oklahoma City, appearing in 17 games while averaging 6.0 points, 2.7 rebounds and 1.7 assists in 15.8 minutes per contest. His deal with Real Madrid runs through 2023-24, making it unlikely that the 26-year-old revisits a return to the NBA down the road.

Thunder's Gabriel Deck: Scores season-best 16 points
Deck posted 16 points (5-7 FG, 1-1 3Pt, 5-6 FT), three rebounds, three assists and a steal across 16 minutes off the bench in Tuesday's loss against the Kings.
