Evans logged modest tallies in three statistical categories but wasn't very productive on the scoreboard. Wednesday's appearance was his second with the Cleveland Charge since he was traded to the team in early January. As expected, Evans will be a backup option behind point guard RJ Nembhard and should continue to see limited chances. He sat out all but two of seven games across that span.

Evans struggled to make any sort of impact coming off the bench on Saturday. He's shooting 39.1 percent from the field and 37.5 percent from deep this season, so this bad shooting performance should just be an outlier.

Evans (hip) returned to the starting lineup Saturday, finishing the contest with 11 points (2-11 FG, 1-4 3Pt, 6-6 FT), nine assists, three rebounds and two steals.
It's encouraging to see the two-way player return to the court with Northern Arizona, particularly with two guards ShawnDre Jones (hand) and Retin Obasohan (ankle) out Saturday. Still, five turnovers isn't a great figure for a point guard and highlighted a sloppy night for both teams considering Rio Grande and Northern Arizona combined for 40 giveaways.
