Milos Teodosic: Continuing career in Italy
Teodosic agreed Saturday with Italian team Virtus Bologna on a three-year contract, Nikos Varlas of Eurohoops.net reports.
After announcing his intention to leave the NBA shortly after being released by the Clippers in February, Teodosic has finally settled on a new home. Though he fielded offers from several EuroLeague clubs, he ultimately accepted a deal with a EuroCup team in Virtus Bologna, which also competes in the Italian Legabasket. The 32-year-old's NBA career is almost certainly over given his advancing age and underwhelming two-year stint with Los Angeles.

Milos Teodosic: Playing for Serbian national team
Teodosic won't sign with an NBA or foreign team for the remainder of the 2018-19 season and will instead play two games for the Serbian national team before getting an early start on his offseason, Nikola Stojkovic of MozzartSport.com reports.
Teodosic previously suggested months ago that he planned to return to Europe after his NBA obligations were fulfilled. The Clippers granted him an early release from his contract by cutting him in the aftermath of the Feb. 7 trade deadline, so it's not surprising that he doesn't intend to pursue any further opportunities at the NBA level. Instead, he'll return to his home country for international competition before likely looking to land a deal somewhere in Europe ahead of the 2019-20 campaign.

Milos Teodosic: Being waived by Clippers
The Clippers intend to waive Teodosic (personal) on Thursday, league sources tell Eurohoops.net.
Teodosic hasn't appeared in a game for the Clippers since Dec. 15 and had stated his desire to return to Europe when his contract expires this offseason, so it's not surprising that Los Angeles has elected to part ways with the veteran point guard. Though his foray into the NBA didn't go according to plan, Teodosic is expected to garner significant interest if he chooses to return overseas as anticipated.

Clippers' Milos Teodosic: Out Thursday
Teodosic will not play in Thursday's game against the Pacers due to personal reasons, Tomer Azarly of ClutchPoints.com reports.
The circumstances surrounding Teodosic's absence aren't clear, but given that the point guard has been out of the team's rotation for most of the season, his absence won't have an impact on Thursday night's game plan.

Clippers' Milos Teodosic: Inactive in Sunday's win
Teodosic (coach's decision) was a healthy inactive for Sunday's 103-95 win over the Spurs.
Even with the Clippers down three rotation players (Danilo Gallinari, Lou Williams and Luc Mbah a Moute) for the start of their four-game road trip, there wasn't room in the rotation for Teodosic, who didn't even dress for the contest. Teodosic hasn't played since Dec. 15 and has already expressed an interest in returning to Europe after the season concludes. He'll continue to collect paychecks for the amount remaining on his $6.3 million salary for 2018-19, but the Clippers won't have any incentive to hand minutes to a 31-year-old who isn't part of their future beyond this season.

Clippers' Milos Teodosic: Planning return to Europe
Teodosic revealed in a recent interview that he plans to return to Europe after the Clippers' season concludes, if not sooner, Antonis Stroggylakis of EuroHoops.net reports. "I think I definitely won't stay [in the NBA] because...I came, I saw how it looks and somehow...I enjoy more and it's nicer for me to play in Europe," Teodosic said. "So, I will return to Europe for sure, will it be during this season or at the end, we'll see."
Teodosic left behind a storied European career last summer to sign a two-year, $12.3 million contract with the Clippers, who were expected to give the 31-year-old the opportunity to vie for the starting point guard gig. The Serbian didn't meet expectations during an injury plagued rookie season, however, playing just 45 games and averaging 9.5 points, 4.6 assists and 2.8 rebounds in 25.2 minutes per contest. After Los Angeles bolstered its backcourt ranks with the offseason additions of Patrick Beverley and first-round pick Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, Teodosic has found himself out of the rotation in his second year with the team, so it's no surprise he's already eyeing a return overseas. Teodosic's comments suggest he may not make it through the entire season with Los Angeles, though there haven't been any reports thus far suggesting a parting of ways is imminent.

Clippers' Milos Teodosic: Back in action off bench
Teodosic played 11 minutes off the bench in Sunday's blowout win over the Wizards.
Teodosic missed the first four games of the year with a hamstring issue, but he returned to action Friday in Houston and got some run in Sunday's blowout. The Clippers have a surplus of point guards, but the second-year guard should still be able to carve out reserve minutes behind Patrick Beverley and Shai Gilgeous-Alexander. Ultimately, though, he'll struggle to be fantasy-relevant in his current role.

Clippers' Milos Teodosic: Plays 15 minutes in preseason debut
Teodosic recorded just a single assist in 15 minutes during Tuesday's 109-103 preseason victory over the Nuggets.
Teodosic was able to play 15 minutes after recovering from a hamstring concern that had so far kept him out of the preseason. That is where the good news ends as he was able to contribute just a single assist with nothing else. He is going to find it tough to work his way into any meaningful minutes especially with the impressive play of Shai Gilgeous-Alexander. At this point, owners should stay clear of Teodosic, even in deeper formats.

Teodosic (hamstring) will make his preseason debut Tuesday against the Nuggets, Andrew Greif of the Los Angeles Times reports.
Teodosic has been sidelined by a nagging hamstring injury. During his age 30 rookie campaign last season, he averaged 9.5 points, 4.6 assists and 2.8 rebounds. However, he played in only 45 games while nursing injuries -- mainly plantar fasciitis. He will probably struggle to reach the 25.2 minutes per game he saw, as the Clippers drafted promising rookie Shai Gilgeous-Alexander. Patrick Beverley and Lou Williams will also see minutes at the position.

Coach Doc Rivers noted that Teodosic is "pretty close", but no timetable has been given. So, Teodosic remains day-to-day. He saw 25.2 minutes per game last year, but that could decrease with Patrick Beverley healthy and Shai Gilgeous-Alexander now in the fold.

Head coach Doc Rivers indicated over the weekend that he didn't expect Teodosic to be ready for the start of the preseason, so this latest update doesn't come as a surprise. He'll likely try and increase his activity throughout the rest of the week and could then make his exhibition debut Saturday against the Lakers if his hamstring responds well to treatment. The Clippers have Patrick Beverley back, who missed all but 11 games last season, and they also drafted first-round guards Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and Jerome Robinson, so Teodosic will have plenty of bodies to compete with for minutes in the backcourt once healthy.

Teodosic said Monday that he's at 100 percent heading into training camp after battling a plantar fascia injury for much of last season, Tomer Azarly of Clutch Points reports.
In his first NBA season, the veteran point guard showed flashes of what made him one of the biggest stars in Europe, but he was limited to just 45 games due in large part to an ongoing bout with plantar fasciitis, an injury that typically requires extended rest to fully heal. At Monday's media day, the 31-year-old said he's fully recovered as he enters his second year with the Clippers. Teodosic figures to be in the regular guard rotation, but he may have difficulty playing enough minutes to be fantasy-relevant in most leagues, given that the Clippers also have to find time for Patrick Beverley, Avery Bradley and Lou Williams, in addition to lottery picks Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and Jerome Robinson.
