Pistons' Javonte Green: Adds 17 points in win
Green totaled 17 points (6-9 FG, 4-6 3Pt, 1-2 FT), two rebounds, one assist and three steals over 29 minutes during Monday's 121-90 win over New York.
Green has now scored in double figures in three straight games and has played at least 24 minutes in those contests with Tobias Harris (hip) sidelined. The 32-year-old forward drilled a season-high four threes and collected three swipes in the blowout win over the Knicks. He's now totalled six games with at least three steals this season, the second most in the league by a bench player. Green should continue to see healthy playing time while Harris is out and could offer some streaming appeal in the short term.

Pistons' Javonte Green: Sees 24 minutes in win
Green ended with 11 points (3-9 FG, 3-6 3Pt, 2-2 FT), four rebounds, one assist and one steal in 24 minutes during Sunday's 114-110 win over the Cavaliers.
Tobias Harris (hip) is going to miss a couple of weeks, and Jalen Duren (ankle) is expected to miss at least one week as well. Ausar Thompson drew the start alongside Isaiah Stewart and Paul Reed in the frontcourt, but Green actually saw more minutes than Thompson. Green could offer some low-end streaming appeal for the next week or two.

Pistons' Javonte Green: Swats two shots in win
Green closed Tuesday's 128-106 victory over the Lakers with eight points (3-7 FG, 1-4 3Pt, 1-2 FT), four rebounds, two assists and two blocks in 31 minutes.
With Tobias Harris (hip) going down in the first quarter, Green logged his most minutes since Nov. 14. The 32-year-old forward struggled to find his rhythm from beyond the arc but was effective on the defensive end, chipping in a team-high two blocks. If Harris is forced to miss additional time, Green could step into a more prominent role.

With the Pistons at full strength, Green has seen his minutes take a hit. Over his last five outings, the 32-year-old forward has averaged 7.8 points, 0.6 rebounds, 0.6 assists, 2.0 steals and 1.4 three-pointers in 14.3 minutes per contest.

Pistons' Javonte Green: Posts nine in loss
Green closed with nine points (3-6 FG, 2-4 3Pt, 1-1 FT), one rebound, two assists and two steals in 16 minutes during Wednesday's 113-109 loss to the Bucks.
Green's role has fluctuated due to the return of multiple key players from injuries, averaging just 3.3 points, 1.0 rebounds and 0.3 assists across 10.6 minutes in his last seven games after averaging 14.0 points, 6.2 rebounds and 1.4 assists across 32.6 minutes in the five games (three starts) before. Green has shown that he can step up for Detroit when necessary, and if injuries occur to gash the team's wing depth again, he is a candidate to see heavy usage.

Pistons' Javonte Green: Barely sees floor in loss
Green registered zero points (0-2 FG, 0-1 3Pt), one rebound and one block across 10 minutes during Wednesday's 117-114 loss to Boston.
Green's role has regressed in recent times, having now played fewer than 15 minutes in three straight games. With Detroit now relatively healthy, Green is likely to serve as a depth piece on most nights. Over his last three games, Green has averaged just 3.0 points in 11.2 minutes per contest.

Pistons' Javonte Green: Double-doubles in start
Green registered 11 points (4-11 FG, 1-5 3Pt, 2-2 FT), 11 rebounds, three assists, two blocks and one steal in 38 minutes during Monday's 137-135 overtime victory over Washington.
Green moved into the starting lineup, filling in for Tobias Harris and Ausar Thompson, who were both ruled out with ankle injuries. Green has served as a makeshift starter in the past, a role he's frequently been effective in. He recorded his first double-double of the season and could be worth a speculative short-term pickup if Harris and Thompson miss more time moving forward.

Pistons' Javonte Green: Scores six in win
Green chipped in six points (2-5 FG, 1-3 3Pt, 1-2 FT), two rebounds, two assists and one steal over 28 minutes during Sunday's 111-108 win over the 76ers.
Green logged a season-high 28 minutes Sunday, which can be attributed to the respective absences of Tobias Harris (ankle) and Isaiah Stewart (ankle). Once either of those two returns, Green's role will likely revert to seeing 17-22 minutes per game off the bench.

Pistons' Javonte Green: Scores seven in win
Green logged seven points (3-6 FG, 1-2 3Pt), two rebounds, two steals, one assist and one block over 14 minutes during Saturday's 122-110 victory over the Mavericks.
Green came off the bench and delivered his usual production, scoring seven points for the third time in six games this season. The wing has logged 20 minutes just once so far but continues to make an impact when called upon, recording at least one steal in five of six appearances to open the year.

Pistons' Javonte Green: Drops seven in win
Green put up seven points (3-9 FG, 1-5 3Pt), three rebounds and an assist across 17 minutes in Sunday's 119-113 win over Boston.
While Detroit's bench did not perform particularly well Sunday, posting only 23 points as a whole, Green was one of the main contributors, alongside Ronald Holland (7) and Isaiah Stewart (9). However, once Caris LeVert (hamstring) returns from injury, Green may be in danger of ceding some minutes.

Pistons' Javonte Green: Versatile contributions Tuesday
Green produced six points (3-7 FG, 0-2 3Pt), four rebounds, one assist, one steal and one block in 19 minutes during Tuesday's preseason loss to the Cavaliers.
A jack-of-all-trades, Green was able to chip in across the board as he attempts to carve out a consistent role in Detroit. Despite playing seven years in the NBA, Green has yet to find his footing when it comes to regular rotation minutes. While this was somewhat of an intriguing performance, Green is unlikely to be utilized beyond being a depth piece on a team pushing for a top seed in the Eastern Conference.

Green and the Pistons agreed to a one-year deal Monday, ESPN's Shams Charania reports.

He appeared in 68 total regular-season games, posting averages of 5.1 points, 3.2 rebounds, 0.8 assists, 0.5 blocks and 1.0 steals in 18.5 minutes. Minutes won't be easy to come by in Detroit, however.

Cavaliers' Javonte Green: Limited role continues Sunday
Green accumulated two points (0-1 FG, 2-2 FT) and two rebounds over seven minutes during Sunday's 129-109 loss to the Pacers in Game 4 of the Eastern Conference Semifinals.
Green continues to play a minimal role, logging no more than 10 minutes for the seventh time in the past eight games. The Game 4 loss now sees Cleveland on the brink of elimination, needing to win all three remaining games, starting with Game 5 on Tuesday.

Green played a combined six minutes in the postseason prior to Monday. Still, the Cavaliers handled business early in Game 4, allowing Green and several others to get some garbage-time run. Green is not likely to be in the regular rotation most nights going forward.
