Top Toumani Camara News

  • Trail Blazers' Toumani Camara: Just misses double-double Tuesday

Camara racked up 16 points (6-11 FG, 4-6 3Pt, 0-2 FT), nine rebounds, four assists and one block over 33 minutes during Tuesday's 115-111 loss to the Wizards.

The third-year wing came up just short of his second double-double of the season, with the first Nov. 16 in Dallas. Camara has found a groove in the back half of January, scoring at least 16 points in five straight games. During that stretch, he's averaging 16.6 points, 6.8 boards, 3.0 assists, 3.0 threes and 1.0 steals while shooting 57.7 percent from the floor and a stunning 50.0 percent (15-for-30) from beyond the arc.

  • Trail Blazers' Toumani Camara: Tacks on 18 points in loss

Camara accumulated 18 points (6-13 FG, 3-9 3Pt, 3-3 FT), seven rebounds, one assist and three steals in 36 minutes during Monday's 102-94 loss to the Celtics.

Camara has now drilled three or more triples in three consecutive appearances, though he wasn't quite as efficient from downtown Monday. The Dayton product went through a rough patch earlier in the month, averaging 9.3 points during a four-game stretch between Jan. 11 and Jan. 17, but he appears firmly back on track after tallying 16 or more points in each of his last four matchups.

  • Trail Blazers' Toumani Camara: Enjoys efficient shooting night

Camara totaled 16 points (6-9 FG, 3-6 3Pt, 1-2 FT), eight rebounds, six assists and one steal over 35 minutes during Thursday's 127-110 win over Miami.

Camara took advantage of his opportunities on the offensive end, as he managed to add 16 points on nine attempts from the field. He was equally as impressive on the boards, where he secured his best rebounding night since Jan. 3. Camara has pulled himself out of a mid-month scoring drought and is averaging 13.3 points on 58.3 percent shooting from the field over his last four matchups.

  • Trail Blazers' Toumani Camara: Posts 11 points in win

Camara registered 11 points (5-15 FG, 1-9 3Pt), four rebounds and one assist across 38 minutes during Thursday's 117-101 victory over the Hawks.

This was another mild effort from Camara despite a considerable workload. His per-minute production has been lacking this season, as he's on pace to finish outside the top-150 players in nine-category formats even though he's seeing 33.9 minutes per contest.

  • Trail Blazers' Toumani Camara: Fouls out after 14-point game

Camara fouled out of Wednesday's 103-102 win over Houston after recording 14 points (5-10 FG, 2-7 3Pt, 2-2 FT), six rebounds, three assists, two blocks and two steals across 39 minutes.

Camara fouled out late in the game, but he saw plenty of action with 39 minutes on the court. Camara was a great asset on defense, helping to keep Tari Eason and Jabari Smith in check while the team sought a solution to Sidy Cissoko's ineffectiveness in his starting role.

  • Trail Blazers' Toumani Camara: Drops 20 points in win

Camara closed with 20 points (7-11 FG, 5-9 3Pt, 1-2 FT), eight rebounds, one assist and one steal in 36 minutes during Saturday's 115-110 win over the Spurs.

Camara scored 20 points for the third time in the past six games, as he continues to try to turn things around after a slow start to the season. After a breakout campaign during the 2024-25 season, Camara was seen as a relatively safe target in the seventh or eighth rounds of fantasy drafts. Up to this point, managers have been largely disappointed, with Camara averaging 12.8 points, 5.3 rebounds, 2.6 three-pointers and 1.0 steals per game, leaving him well outside the top 150 in standard leagues.

  • Trail Blazers' Toumani Camara: Scores 20 points Friday

Camara notched 20 points (6-16 FG, 5-11 3Pt, 3-6 FT) and three rebounds in 39 minutes during Friday's 119-103 loss to the Clippers.

After shooting 33.3 percent from the field and totaling 18 points in his previous two appearances, Camara bounced back in the scoring column with his first 20-point performance since Dec. 2. While he still wasn't particularly efficient from the field, the 25-year-old forward knocked down five or more triples for the third time this season. Camara has shot 37.0 percent from beyond the arc over 11 games in December, during which he has averaged 13.1 points, 4.7 rebounds, 2.7 assists, 2.7 three-pointers and 1.3 steals in 32.8 minutes per contest.

  • Trail Blazers' Toumani Camara: Scores 15 points in victory

Camara logged 15 points (5-14 FG, 4-9 3Pt, 1-2 FT), six rebounds, two assists and four steals over 37 minutes during Saturday's 98-93 win over the Kings.

Camara was instrumental once again as the Trail Blazers closed out the two-game set against the Kings. Camara's spot in the rotation has solidified thanks to his impressive defense, and he notched a season-high four steals in the low-scoring win.

  • Trail Blazers' Toumani Camara: Scores 17 before fouling out

Camara ended with 17 points (6-12 FG, 3-8 3Pt, 2-2 FT), eight rebounds and five assists in 35 minutes before fouling out of Thursday's 134-133 overtime win over the Kings.

Portland survived a furious Sacramento comeback without Camara on the floor. He fouled out while his team was up 16 points with less than four minutes to play. His defensive presence was missed as the Kings' offense started rolling almost immediately. As for his time on the court, he was effective scoring the ball en route to 17 points. All five Portland starters finished with double-digits in the scoring column.

  • Trail Blazers' Toumani Camara: Another solid line

Camara totaled 15 points (5-11 FG, 3-8 3Pt, 2-2 FT), five rebounds and five assists in 28 minutes during Thursday's 143-120 loss to New Orleans.

Camara was one of the few bright spots in this blowout loss. He's averaging 12.5 points, 5.3 rebounds, 2.8 assists, 1.0 steals, 0.6 blocks and 2.4 three-pointers this season, but his impact in category leagues has been held back due to poor shooting -- he's hitting 41.6 percent from the field and 70.7 percent from the line.

  • Trail Blazers' Toumani Camara: Ties season high in steals

Camara finished with 13 points (5-13 FG, 3-10 3Pt), six rebounds, one assist and three steals across 33 minutes during Sunday's 119-96 loss to Memphis.

It wasn't the most efficient shooting display from Camara, who did tie a season high in steals Sunday. Portland has plenty of usage open with Jrue Holiday (calf) and Scoot Henderson (hamstring) sidelined, and Camara is playing a significant role on both ends of the floor. Over his last nine outings, the forward has averaged 13.1 points, 5.9 rebounds, 2.6 assists, 1.0 steals and 2.9 three-pointers in 32.0 minutes per game.

  • Trail Blazers' Toumani Camara: Drains six triples in loss

Camara logged 21 points (7-12 FG, 6-10 3Pt, 1-4 FT), seven rebounds, two assists, one steal and one block over 36 minutes during the Trail Blazers' 121-118 loss to the Raptors on Tuesday.

After draining five three-pointers during Sunday's loss to the Thunder, Camara followed that up with a season-high six triples Tuesday, though he struggled at the charity stripe as the Trail Blazers collectively went 21-of-32 from the line. Camara has gone 11-for-20 from deep over his last two games, which is in stark contrast to his 30.8 percent clip from three (on 6.8 3PA/G) through the first 19 games of the regular season. He has posted double-digit points in six of his last seven games, and over that span he has averaged 14.4 points, 6.4 rebounds, 2.3 assists, 1.0 steals, 0.9 blocks and 3.1 threes over 33.3 minutes per game.

  • Trail Blazers' Toumani Camara: Comes close to double-double

Camara racked up 19 points (5-12 FG, 5-10 3Pt, 4-4 FT), eight rebounds and four assists in 38 minutes during Sunday's 123-115 loss to the Thunder.

Camara was locked in from beyond the arc, as he drained a season-high five threes, but he missed all of his seven two-point attempts. The versatile forward has been playing well lately and has scored in double digits in all but one of his previous six outings, averaging 13.3 points, 6.3 rebounds, 2.3 assists and a combined 1.8 steals-plus-blocks per game in that span.

  • Trail Blazers' Toumani Camara: Blocks two shots in win

Camara closed Monday's 115-103 win over the Bucks with 13 points (5-11 FG, 3-7 3Pt, 0-1 FT), seven rebounds, three assists, one block and two steals in 32 minutes.

Camara has now recorded a block in four straight contests and was able to bounce back from Sunday's four-point showing against Oklahoma City with three triples and 13 points. Camara is averaging 12.1 points, 5.3 rebounds, 2.8 assists, 1.2 steals and 0.6 blocks this season, and his versatility on both ends of the floor makes him a reliable fantasy asset moving forward.

  • Trail Blazers' Toumani Camara: Scores 14 in loss

Camara contributed 14 points (6-15 FG, 2-8 3Pt), five rebounds, two assists, one block and two steals across 37 minutes during Wednesday's 122-121 loss to Chicago.

Camara recorded a steal and a block for just the fourth time this season, but he had yet another subpar shooting performance, bringing his season shooting splits to 39.6 percent from the field and 30.1 percent from three. Through 15 games, Camara is averaging 12.0 points, 5.0 rebounds, 2.9 assists, 1.1 steals, 0.5 blocks and 2.1 threes.

  • Trail Blazers' Toumani Camara: Double-doubles in loss

Camara totaled 11 points (5-13 FG, 1-7 3Pt), 10 rebounds, three assists and one steal in 41 minutes during Sunday's 138-133 overtime loss to Dallas.

Camara posted his first double-double of the season and logged a season-high 41 minutes Sunday. While Camara has been active offensively, averaging 13.6 points in his last nine games, he has not been efficient with his opportunities, averaging just 42.1 percent from the field and 32.4 percent from three in that span.
