Pistons' Cade Cunningham: Dishes 13 dimes in blowout win
Cunningham recorded eight points (3-6 FG, 0-2 3Pt, 202 FT), 13 assists, five rebounds, two steals and one block over 28 minutes during the Pistons' 131-109 win over the 76ers on Thursday.
Cunningham did all of his scoring in the first quarter and sat out the entire fourth frame due to the Pistons' commanding lead. It was the first time in two seasons that Cunningham did not score in double digits, though he led both teams with 13 dimes, a mark he has reached 11 times this season. He has averaged 22.7 points, 11.5 assists, 5.6 rebounds, 2.6 threes, 1.4 steals and 1.2 blocks over 34.8 minutes per game since the All-Star break.

Pistons' Cade Cunningham: Racks up another double-double
Cunningham registered 21 points (8-10 FG, 4-5 3Pt, 1-3 FT), three rebounds, 15 assists and one steal in 26 minutes during Tuesday's 138-100 win over Brooklyn.
Cunningham was coming off a 26-point, 10-assist performance in the loss to the Heat on Sunday, and the star floor general had another impressive showing in this blowout 38-point win. Taking advantage of a favorable defensive matchup, Cunningham shot 80 percent from the floor and dished out his third-best output in assists this season. Cunningham now has eight double-doubles over his last 10 appearances since the All-Star break.

Pistons' Cade Cunningham: Will play Sunday

Cunningham was listed as probable, and now we have official confirmation that he'll be out there. Cunningham's return will result in Daniss Jenkins returning to the second unit, and Marcus Sasser's minutes figure to dip.

Pistons' Cade Cunningham: Probable for Sunday
Cunningham (quad) is probable for Sunday's game in Miami.
Cunningham skipped Saturday's loss to the Nets with a minor quad issue, but it looks like he'll be back in action Sunday, which should shift Daniss Jenkins back to the second unit. Managers can expect to get official confirmation on Cunningham's status closer to tipoff.

Pistons' Cade Cunningham: Not playing Saturday
Cunningham (quadriceps) has been ruled out for Saturday's game against the Nets.
Cunningham was initially listed as questionable for Saturday's contest, but the All-Star's left quad contusion is severe enough for him to sit out for the first leg of the Pistons' back-to-back set. Daniss Jenkins should serve as Detroit's starting point guard while Caris LeVert, Kevin Huerter and Javonte Green are candidates to enter the starting five. Cunningham's next opportunity to play is Sunday against the Heat.

Pistons' Cade Cunningham: Nursing quad contusion
Cunningham is listed as questionable for Saturday's game against the Nets due to a left quadriceps contusion.
Cunningham may have picked up the injury during the Pistons' loss to the Spurs on Thursday, when he played 39 minutes and finished with 26 points, eight assists and four rebounds. The Pistons have a back-to-back set against the Nets and Heat on Saturday and Sunday, respectively, so it wouldn't be surprising if Cunningham were to sit out for one of those games. Daniss Jenkins figures to be the top candidate to enter Detroit's starting lineup if Cunningham were to miss time.

Pistons' Cade Cunningham: Scores 26 points in loss to Spurs
Cunningham contributed 26 points (10-26 FG, 4-7 3Pt, 2-2 FT), four rebounds and eight assists across 39 minutes during Thursday's 121-106 loss to the Spurs.
Cunningham sparked a few comeback attempts from the Pistons in the second half, but he couldn't complete them as Detroit ended up losing by 15 points in what turned out to be one of their biggest losses of the season. Cunningham still posted an impressive stat line, and the star floor general continues to be worthy of MVP buzz in what has been an outstanding year for him. Cunningham is averaging 24.4 points, 11.1 assists, 6.6 rebounds, 1.5 steals and 1.5 blocks per game since the All-Star break.

Pistons' Cade Cunningham: Posts inefficient double-double
Cunningham finished Tuesday's 113-109 loss to the Cavaliers with 10 points (4-16 FG, 0-3 3Pt, 2-2 FT), six rebounds, 14 assists, one block and one steal in 39 minutes.
It was the fifth time this season that Cunningham logged at least 14 assists in a game, but the fifth-year pro struggled with his shot all night and barely cracked double digits in the scoring column. Regardless of his struggles from the floor Tuesday, Cunningham is still putting together a strong, All-NBA-caliber season. He has averaged 24.5 points, 10.3 assists, 6.5 rebounds, 2.1 threes, 1.6 steals and 1.3 blocks over 34.2 minutes per game since Feb. 1.

Pistons' Cade Cunningham: Collects another double-double
Cunningham closed with 29 points (11-25 FG, 2-9 3Pt, 5-6 FT), six rebounds, 11 assists and two steals in 37 minutes during Sunday's 106-92 victory over the Magic.
The double-double was the All-Star point guard's 33rd through 53 games in 2025-26. Cunningham is riding a six-game double-double streak, averaging 26.5 points, 11.2 assists, 7.2 rebounds, 1.8 steals and 1.8 blocks in 35.9 minutes per tilt during this stretch. Although the MVP race is likely to come down to Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and Nikola Jokic, Cunningham is certainly worthy of some consideration.

Pistons' Cade Cunningham: Double-doubles in OT win
Cunningham registered 25 points (11-21 FG, 0-3 3Pt, 3-5 FT), 10 rebounds, seven assists and two steals over 37 minutes before fouling out of the Pistons' 122-119 overtime win over the Cavaliers on Friday.
Cunningham scored 17 of his 25 points in the first half and finished as the team's second-leading scorer behind Jalen Duren (33 points), though the former was not on the floor for overtime after fouling out late in the fourth quarter. Cunningham has recorded a double-double in each of his last five games and is up to 32 on the season, which is the fourth most in the Association behind Karl-Anthony Towns (40), Nikola Jokic (38) and Jalen Johnson (38). Cunningham will end the month of February having averaged 25.4 points, 9.9 assists, 6.5 rebounds, 2.3 threes, 1.6 steals and 1.5 blocks over 33.5 minutes per game.

Pistons' Cade Cunningham: Double-doubles with six stocks
Cunningham ended Wednesday's 124-116 win over the Thunder with 29 points (11-16 FG, 3-5 3Pt, 4-4 FT), five rebounds, 13 assists, three blocks and three steals in 38 minutes.
This was a nice bounce-back performance for Cunningham, who was held to just 16 points on 5-for-26 shooting in Monday's loss to the Spurs. He was dialed in from the jump, missing only one shot through the first half of action, and Cunningham notched his 31st double-double of the season in the win.

Pistons' Cade Cunningham: Struggles mightily from field
Cunningham closed with 16 points (5-26 FG, 2-9 3Pt, 4-5 FT), 10 assists, six rebounds, three blocks and two steals over 35 minutes during Monday's 114-103 loss to the Spurs.
Cunningham struggled from the field, converting on under 20 percent of his shot attempts in a double-digit loss. Despite the inefficient scoring night, the star guard still dished out double-digit assists to record his 30th double-double of the season, one shy of the career-high 31 he posted last year.

Pistons' Cade Cunningham: Comes close to triple-double
Cunningham chipped in 18 points (7-16 FG, 3-6 3Pt, 1-1 FT), nine rebounds, 13 assists, three blocks and one steal in 30 minutes during Saturday's 126-110 win over Chicago.
Cunningham didn't have his best shooting performance, but he was still an impact player for the Pistons in what turned out to be a comfortable road win for Detroit. In fact, Cunningham could have ended with a triple-double had he not left the game midway through the fourth quarter when the outcome was essentially decided. Cunningham has failed to reach the 20-point mark in three of his last eight appearances, but even when that happens, he's impactful enough to leave his mark in other areas of the game. He has seven double-doubles over his last 12 outings.

Pistons' Cade Cunningham: Shines at Madison Square Garden
Cunningham posted 42 points (17-34 FG, 5-11 3Pt, 3-3 FT), 13 assists, eight rebounds, two blocks and one steal over 38 minutes during the Pistons' 126-111 win over the Knicks on Thursday.
The East-leading Pistons picked up where they left off from the All-Star break, with their superstar point guard leading the way. It was the third time this season that Cunningham scored 40-plus points and his sixth game with at least 13 dimes, and the 2021 No. 1 overall pick was two rebounds shy from recording his fourth triple-double of the regular season. He has averaged 27.3 points, 9.4 assists, 6.1 rebounds, 2.4 threes, 1.4 steals and 1.0 blocks over 32.7 minutes per game since Feb. 1.
