Boris Diaw: Signs with French team
Diaw signed a contract Thursday with Paris-Levallois of the French Pro A League, Sportando reports.
The 35-year-old veteran has played 13 seasons in the NBA, but struggled to field interest this offseason after averaging 4.6 points, 2.2 rebounds and 2.3 assists across 17.6 minutes with the Jazz during the 2017-18 campaign. The French native will head home for the upcoming season, though that doesn't rule out the possibility of a potential return to the NBA at some point considering the report didn't include whether or not the contract had an opt-out clause.

Boris Diaw: To be waived by Jazz
Diaw is expected to be waived by the Jazz, Tim MacMahon of ESPN.com reports.
With the signings of both Jonas Jerebko and Epke Udoh on top of drafting Tony Bradley in the first round, it looks as though the Jazz are moving in a different, slightly younger direction in the frontcourt. Diaw, however, could still be a valuable piece to a team given his ability to pass and stretch the floor. Don't expect the frenchman to be a free agent for much longer after officially getting waived.
