Sasha Vujacic: Signs deal in Italy
Vujacic agreed to a contract with the Italian club Fiat Torino on Tuesday, Ian Begley of ESPN.com reports.
Vujacic, who appeared in just 42 games with the Knicks during 2016-17 largely due to DNP-CDs, seemingly did not find another NBA suitor to take a shot on him. When he played, he posted 3.0 points, 1.4 rebounds and 1.2 assists across 9.7 minutes per game while shooting 30.9 percent from the field. Considering he's over 30-years-old, it seems doubtful he'll make another NBA return.

Knicks' Sasha Vujacic: Will move back to bench Tuesday
Vujacic will return to the bench for Tuesday's game against the Bulls, Steve Popper of The Record reports.
Vujacic has started the last two games with Carmelo Anthony (back) sitting out with an injury, posting averages of 6.5 points, 4.0 rebounds, 5.5 assists and 1.0 steal across 30.5 minutes. With Anthony back to full strength and in the starting five, Vujacic heads to the bench and could find himself out of the rotation completely, thus ridding him of any potential fantasy value that he may have had.

Knicks' Sasha Vujacic: Makes most of rare start on Friday
Vujacic finished with nine points (4-12 FG, 1-5 3Pt), seven assists, three rebounds and a steal over 36 minutes in Friday's 98-94 win against the Heat.
Vujacic slid into the starting lineup with Carmelo Anthony (back), Derrick Rose (knee) and Lance Thomas (hip) each sidelined. He looked pretty good considering he had logged just 87 minutes across 12 appearances since Dec. 31. If the team elects to rest its ailing stars with nothing to play for down the stretch, perhaps Vujacic is worth a look as a low-cost DFS option. He still has very little appeal in seasonal fantasy formats, however.

Vujacic will get a rare starting opportunity Friday against the Heat, Al Iannazzone of News Day Sports reports.
It is unclear where exactly he will be in the starting lineup, as the Knicks are dealing with a plethora of absences from their typical lineup. The veteran has been absent from the rotation for all but two games since Dec. 31, so it is unclear what type of minutes he will see.

Vujacic hasn't played in any of the Knicks' last four games and has logged just five minutes total since Feb. 8. The Knicks aren't serious contenders for the postseason and will likely lessen the workloads of their starters in the final month of the season, but don't expect the 32-year-old to poach much playing time, as he doesn't have a place in the team's long-term plans.

Vujacic (coach's decision) didn't see the floor in a 116-105 loss to the Thunder on Wednesday.
Vucevic hasn't played in four consecutive games, and with the Knicks fairly healthy on the wing, it doesn't look like there will be much opportunity for the veteran to crack the rotation in the near future. The 32-year-old is averaging 2.3 points and 1.2 rebounds over a career-low 8.2 minutes per game on the season.

Vujacic has been used sparingly throughout this season, evidenced by his mere 8.5-minute average across 23 appearances. Despite coach Jeff Hornacek tweaking his rotation over the past week, the veteran has remained glued to the Knicks bench. Such inactivity puts a severe restriction on Vujacic's fantasy value, which seems reliant on an injury to one of his teammates to gain significance.

Vujacic will move back to the bench Saturday against Houston, Al Iannazzone of Newsday reports.
Courtney Lee (wrist) remains out Saturday, but the Knicks will elect to have Brandon Jennings start in the backcourt instead. Despite starting in each of the last two games, Vujacic only amassed five total points over 49 minutes on the court.

Knicks' Sasha Vujacic: Starts at shooting guard Wednesday
Vujacic will start at shooting guard for Wednesday's game against the Hawks, Stefan Bondy of the New York Daily News reports.
The Knicks are set to be without Courtney Lee, as he's been ruled out with a wrist injury. That will allow Vujacic to jump into the starting lineup, which likely means a decent bump in playing time. Vujacic hasn't seen more than two minutes in each of the Knicks' last seven games, but should push for a much bigger role while working with the top unit. That said, guys like Brandon Jennings and Justin Holiday will likely share the added time, which limits the fantasy impact Vujacic may have been able to contribute.

Vujacic (coach's decision) didn't play in Tuesday's 107-103 win over the Trail Blazers.
Vujacic's existing familiarity with Derek Fisher and Kurt Rambis -- the Knicks' two coaches last season -- may have helped his earn more run while starting 25 games in 2015-16, but he has yet to endear himself to new head man Jeff Hornacek. After averaging 14.5 minutes per game last season, Vujacic has played no more than 13 minutes in any of his eight appearances so far, and hasn't seen the floor at all in four of the team's last six contests. Expect the veteran shooting guard to remain out of Hornacek's rotation so long as the Knicks' backcourt remains reasonably healthy.

Vujacic will draw his first start of the preseason after coming off the bench for the first couple weeks. He figures to see a minutes increase on the night. He'll return to his bench role once the regular season starts.

Vujacic surprisingly started 25 of his 61 appearances a season ago, but with a new coach in New York in Jeff Hornacek, it's not expected that the 32-year-old will enjoy as prominent of a role in 2016-17. He saw some expanded playing time Saturday with Hornacek limiting most of the team's starters, but Vujacic isn't guaranteed to open the regular season as a member of the rotation.

Knicks' Sasha Vujacic: Re-signs with Knicks
Vujacic agreed to a one-year, minimum contract with the Knicks on Tuesday, Shams Charania of the Vertical reports.
Vujacic became an unrestricted free agent following the 2015-16 season, but the Knicks elected to re-sign the 32-year-old at a low cost. He averaged 4.9 points, 2.4 rebounds, 1.4 assists, and 15 minutes per game through 61 games during this past season. With Derrick Rose, Brandon Jennings, Courtney Lee, and Justin Holiday crowding the backcourt in New York, Vujacic is slated to once again be used as a reserve option off the bench.

Knicks' Sasha Vujacic: Scores 16 points on seven shots Friday
Vujacic put up 16 points (6-7 FG, 2-3 3Pt, 2-2 FT), five rebounds, four assists, and two steals across 32 minutes during the Knicks' 109-102 win against the 76ers on Friday.
Vujacic was nearly perfect from the field on Friday, and he has averaged 17.7 points on 61 percent shooting to go along with four rebounds, three assists, and 1.3 steals over the last three contests. Vujacic continues to start at shooting guard lately while Arron Afflalo comes off the bench, and that seems unlikely to change in the last two games of the season. With that being said, it might be unwise to expect Vujacic to keep contributing at such a high level going forward.

Knicks' Sasha Vujacic: Scores game-high 21 in Sunday's loss
Vujacic scored 21 points (7-15 FG, 5-10 3Pt, 2-2 FT) while adding three rebounds, three assists and two steals in 32 minutes during Sunday's loss to the Pacers.
With both Carmelo Anthony (rest) and Kristaps Porzingis (shoulder) sidelined, somebody had to score for the Knicks, and that someone turned out to be Vujacic. He'd scored just 18 combined points in his previous three games and hadn't hit for double digits in almost a month, however, so unless Anthony continues to miss games, don't expect a repeat performance from Vujacic.
