Armon Binns and Brandon Tate are “neck-and-neck” for the No. 2 WR spot, according to OC Jay Gruden. Considering Binns' upside it's unlikely he'd be jettisoned. There's a good chance he starts the opener. If Tate loses the return position, he could be sent him packing. A question surrounding fifth-round pick Marvin Jones is if Marvin Lewis will attempt to sneak him onto the practice squad without being picked up.
