QB Ryan Tannehill (Texas A&M) is down on the list because he’ll likely sit behind veterans David Garrard and Mat Moore this season. However, he’s worth watching because there’s a chance this strong-armed kid has a good training camp and puts himself in the discussion to start. That’d be a pleasant surprise.
