Lions trainers held LB Stephen Tulloch out of OTAs to allow him to rest what he described as “minor knee tendonitis,” and S Louis Delmas missed Detroit’s final open OTA with an ankle injury. Coach Jim Schwartz has said neither player’s injuries were serious, but if they're not on the field for minicamp activities, their health will be a major question heading into training camp.
