Nearly every OTA practice has seen QB Philip Rivers hook up deep with WR Malcom Floyd. With the departure of WR Vincent Jackson (Buccaneers), Floyd could become Rivers’ favorite deep target. Floyd has shown the potential to be a star receiver, but injuries have held him back. Floyd has only played 16 games in a season once (2009) since entering the league in 2004.
