Jaguars WR Justin Blackmon’s DUI arrest Saturday is expected to be a factor in contract negotiations. The No. 5 overall selection in the 2012 NFL Draft, Blackmon has yet to sign a contract with the team. According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, the Jaguars likely will include language in the contract that limits Blackmon’s guaranteed money.
