Live scores, highlights and updates from the Bengals vs. Giants football game
Game Recap
Things haven't been easy for the Cincinnati Bengals, and their matchup Sunday only extended their streak of losses to three. They fell in a 19-17 heartbreaker to the New York Giants. The defeat was just more heartbreak for Cincinnati, who fell 21-20 when the teams previously met in November of 2016.
New York's only offensive touchdown came from RB Wayne Gallman. TE Evan Engram also helped out with an impressive 129 receiving yards in the win.
Most of the squad's points came courtesy of special teams, which contributed 13. K Graham Gano delivered a perfect 4-for-4 game.
No one had a standout game offensively for the Bengals, but they got one touchdown from WR Tee Higgins.
The loss dropped Cincinnati's record to 2-8-1. The victory -- their third in a row -- raised New York's record to 4-7.
Cincinnati will square off against the Miami Dolphins at 1 p.m. ET next week at Hard Rock Stadium. Cincinnati will need a sterling offensive performance if they want to penetrate an unbending defense that has allowed an average of only 18.64 points per game. The Giants are on the road again next week and play against the Seattle Seahawks at 4:05 p.m. ET Dec. 6 at Lumen Field.
