Jacksonville used an eight-game winning streak to take the AFC South title, and now it will face reigning MVP Josh Allen and the Bills on Sunday afternoon in a 1 p.m. ET kickoff. Buffalo won five of its final six games in the regular season as it tries to make its first Super Bowl appearance with Allen at quarterback. The Jaguars are 1.5-point favorites in the Sunday NFL odds at BetMGM Sportsbook, a three-point swing from the opener, while the over/under is 51.5.

Sunday's slate continues with the Eagles hosting the 49ers at 4:30 p.m. ET. Philadelphia is the defending Super Bowl champion, but San Francisco had a better record in the regular season. However, the Eagles are six-point home favorites under the leadership of quarterback Jalen Hurts, up 2.5 from the opening line. 

The final game of the day is a surprising matchup between the Patriots and Chargers at 8 p.m. ET.
