With the Duke basketball team in Indianapolis for the Final Four this week, the Blue Devils didn't need their home court, so Peyton and Eli Manning decided to use it for Manning Bowl IV.
The two brothers were on Duke's campus because that's where they hang out every offseason. Eli rounds up some Giants teammates, Peyton rounds up some Broncos teammates and then the two sides meet on the football fields at Duke for a week long workout.
However, it looks like everyone eventually got bored of football and decided to play basketball.
Peyton's team probably didn't play Eli's team because I'm guessing that's against at least five clauses in everyone's contract, but it would have been interesting to see the two sides play some four-on-four.
Peyton had Owen Daniels, Cody Latimer, Andre Caldwell, Virgil Green and Kenny Anunike with him. So he had a few subs to work with.
Eli countered with the group you see at the top of the page, a group that includes: Odell Beckham Jr., Victor Cruz and Rueben Randle.
If the two sides actually did play four-on-four, I'd probably put my money on Eli's team and that's pretty much only because Beckham can do this.
