The Bills inactive list for Week 16 against the Dolphins featured four players who were also listed on the injury report. Among those inactive for Sunday's game are quarterback EJ Manuel (knee, wide receiver Steve Johnson (not injury related) and defensive backs Brandon Smith (ankle) and Aaron Williams (ribs).
Additionally offensive linemen Antoine McClain and Mark Asper are joined on the inactive list by fullback Ronnie Wingo.
