Broncos vs. Chiefs updates: Live NFL game scores, results for Sunday
Live scores, highlights and updates from the Broncos vs. Chiefs football game
Game Recap
You're bound to get a positive result if you outscore your opponent every quarter, and that's exactly how it played out for the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday. They were the clear victors by a 43-16 margin over the Denver Broncos. That looming 27-point mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Chiefs yet this season.
No one had a standout game offensively for Kansas City, but they got scores from a handful of players including DE Frank Clark, DB Daniel Sorensen, and WR Tyreek Hill. The team can also thank their defense for forcing the opposing offense to cough up 4 turnovers.
Special teams collected 13 points for Kansas City. K Harrison Butker delivered a perfect 3-for-3 game.
Like Kansas City, Denver didn't have any clear offensive standouts, but they got one touchdown from QB Drew Lock.
The win makes it two in a row for Kansas City and bumps their record up to 6-1. The defeat dropped the Broncos' record to 2-4.
The Chiefs will square off against the New York Jets at 1 p.m. ET next Sunday at Arrowhead Stadium. New York is still on the hunt for that elusive first W. Denver has the luxury of staying at home another week and will welcome the Los Angeles Chargers at 4:05 p.m. ET Nov. 1 at Empower Field at Mile High. These teams both might be coming in a bit winded after having run the length of the field multiple times in their most recent games.
