Browns at Titans score: Baker Mayfield's huge first half powers Cleveland past Tennessee in shootout
Cleveland had Tennessee's number from the opening kickoff
The Cleveland Browns officially locked up their first winning season since 2007 on Sunday, as they defeated the Tennessee Titans, 41-35. Many expected this to be a showdown between the top two rushing offenses in the NFL, but it didn't exactly go that way. In fact, it was Browns quarterback Baker Mayfield who took over this game in the first half, as he completed 20 of his first 25 passing attempts for 290 yards and a whopping four touchdowns. He became the first Browns quarterback since Otto Graham in 1951 to throw four touchdowns in the first half of a game.
While Nick Chubb didn't have his typical 100-yard outing, he still played a major role in putting this game away, as he rushed for 80 yards and a touchdown on 18 carries. His counterpart in Derrick Henry rushed for just 60 yards on 15 carries, as the Titans had to keep the ball in the air since they quickly found themselves down by double digits.
After trailing 38-7 at halftime, Ryan Tannehill and the Titans did make a bit of a comeback. MyCole Pruitt caught a 22-yard touchdown and also recovered an A.J. Brown fumble in the end zone, which gave Tennessee 14 unanswered points in less than six minutes into the third quarter. However, a costly interception off a tipped pass in the red zone and the Browns' success in moving the chains late in the game was enough to keep Cleveland in the win column for another week.

Myles Garrett just made a hell of a play. That's where the Titans miss Taylor Lewan. Tannehill didn't even have a chance to survey the field.
