When Buccaneers guard Davin Joseph had to leave Friday’s game with a knee injury, the reports from the contest suggested the team was worried that Joseph had suffered a season-ender. The team was right.
Davin Joseph will have surgery on his left patellar tendon Monday and will be placed on injured reserve.

It’s not surprising news, obviously. But it is bad news, nonetheless. Coach Greg Schiano told reporters that while he thinks he can find Joseph’s replacement internally, the team also will look to the free agent market.
