- Kevin Kolb is listed as the No. 1 quarterback with John Skelton as his backup.
- Jeremy Bridges is listed as the right tackle starter ahead of rookie Bobby Massie, the team’s fourth-round pick who will likely need plenty of seasoning before he can supplant Bridges.
- Todd Heap is the No. 1 tight end, Rob Housler is No. 2, but Jeff King doesn’t factor in yet because he’s still on the active PUP list (quadriceps).
- At wide receiver, Larry Fitzgerald and Andre Roberts are listed as starters. Rookie Michael Floyd is third on the depth chart behind Roberts and Early Doucet.
- William Gay is the No. 1 right cornerback across from left corner Patrick Peterson. Greg Toler is listed as Gay’s backup. Michael Adams is Peterson’s backup.
- O’Brien Schofield is listed ahead of veteran Clark Haggans at left outside linebacker.
