CB Chris Greenwood’s athletic ability led to the best defensive play from the rookie DB corps during Saturday’s orientation workout. Green jumped a route to intercept a Kellen Moore pass, a move made possible by the quickness Lions’ officials hoped he’d provide when they drafted him. Coach Jim Schwartz repeatedly reminded reporters players were only competing against rookies Saturday, but Greenwood’s speed looks to be capable of handling more veteran competition.
