CB Leodis McKelvin had one of his better practices as a Bill on Monday. McKelvin, a 2008 first-round pick, has had an inconsistent career but is hoping to put it all together in a contract year. "Things haven’t been going the way (I expected), but I’m still young, healthy ... you’ve got a lot of other great guys that start out slow but they end up great," McKelvin said. "That’s what I’m looking forward to and that’s what’s going to happen."
