CB Cary Williams (hip) is present for OTAs but is limited and without a helmet. Williams had hip surgery this offseason but should be ready to fully participate in practice soon. WR Torrey Smith, who had sports hernia surgery this offseason, is fully participating in Wednesday's voluntary practice.
