If there's some good news for the 2013 Chiefs, it's that their road back to relevancy is manageable. Kansas City plays only five games against playoff teams and nine games against teams with a losing record in 2012.
The Chiefs' out-of-division home slate is the most difficult part of their schedule with dates against Houston, Indianapolis, Dallas and the Giants. The only home game against a non-division opponent with a losing record in 2012 is Cleveland.
Andrew Luck will visit Arrowhead Stadium for the second straight season and the Chiefs also will face the other star of the 2012 NFL Draft, traveling to Washington to take on Robert Griffin III. If Andy Reid becomes the Chiefs' next coach, he will get to return to Philadelphia, which would become a must-see game on the schedule.
Chiefs 2013 schedule
