Live scores, highlights and updates from the Bengals vs. Cowboys football game
Through 3 Quarters
Averaging points allowed per game, the Dallas Cowboys have been snoozing on defense this season, but thus far they are keeping the Cincinnati Bengals in check. Sitting on a score of 20-7, Dallas has looked like the better squad out there today, but there's still one more quarter to play.
No one has had a standout game offensively for the Cowboys, but they have gotten one touchdown from WR Amari Cooper. QB Andy Dalton has been efficient, with a passer rating of 147.80.
Cincinnati has been relying on WR A.J. Green, who has snatched one receiving TD, and QB Brandon Allen, who has passed for one TD and 160 yards on 27 attempts. Allen has been efficient, with a passer rating of 139.80.
Dallas' lead is the biggest they have had this year going into the fourth quarter.

What to Know
The Dallas Cowboys need to shore up a defense that is allowing 32.75 points per matchup before their game Sunday. They will hit the road for the second straight week as they head to Paul Brown Stadium at 1 p.m. ET. They will be hoping to build upon the 28-14 win they picked up against the Cincinnati Bengals when they previously played in October of 2016.
Dallas received a tough blow on Tuesday as they fell 34-17 to the Baltimore Ravens. No one had a standout game offensively for the Cowboys, but they got scores from WR Amari Cooper and WR Michael Gallup. QB Andy Dalton ended up with a passer rating of 124.
Meanwhile, Cincinnati came up short against the Miami Dolphins last week, falling 19-7. QB Brandon Allen had a pretty forgettable game, throwing one interception with only 153 yards passing. Allen ended up with a passer rating of 132.40.
This next contest is expected to be close, with the Cowboys going off at just a 3-point favorite. But bettors beware: they are 0-6 against the spread when favored.
With the two teams each stumbling in off of a defeat, both will be hungry for the victory. Check back to see which squad is able to work their way into the win column.
