The Giants re-signed DT Rocky Bernard on Monday, but coach Tom Coughlin insists that has nothing to do with DT Shaun Rogers’ elbow injury. “He is a good, solid football player,” Coughlin said of Bernard. “We know exactly what we can get out of him. He is in excellent shape.” Coughlin doesn’t believe Rogers will participate in minicamp.
