Giants OT David Diehl has been arraigned on DWI charges in Queens and was released Monday afternoon. Diehl was arrested Sunday night on suspicion of DWI after he hit several parked cars with his black BMW, the police confirmed. NFL players can be suspended for a DWI, but since this is Diehl’s first offense, that is unlikely.
