Giants OT David Diehl is scheduled to appear in a Queens courtroom on July 26th stemming from his DWI arrest on Sunday night in Astoria. Diehl collided with more than one parked car with his BMW and was subsequently arrested and held until his Monday afternoon arraignment. Diehl previously won the Wellington Mara NFL Man of the Year Award for his charitable efforts.
