The Dolphins lengthy list of injured defenders for Week 5 was nearly erased prior to kickoff Sunday, as only one player was sidelined by his injury.
Defensive backs Nolan Carroll (ankle), Chris Clemons (glute) and Don Jones (elbow) were able to take the field, while Dimitri Patterson (groin) was the only one forced to sit out.
Other injured players able to take the field for Miami included: linebackers Jason Trusnick (rib), Koa Misi (shoulder), Jonathan Freeny (shoulder) and Dannell Ellerbe (knee), along with defensive linemen Paul Soliai (knee) and Cameron Wake (knee).
