The Dolphins have announced that backup quarterback Pat Devlin (ankle) and cornerbacks Jamar Taylor (groin) and Will Davis (toe) will not play in Cleveland on Sunday. Fellow cornerback Dimitri Patterson (ankle) is listed as questionable.
