The Dolphins signed wide receiver Tommy Streeter to a deal Monday, per the South Florida Sun-Sentinel, bringing the former University of Miami receiver back to familiar territory.
Streeter was on the Dolphins' practice squad last season, and during his three-season NFL career, has spent time with the Buccaneers, Jaguars, Bills and Ravens. He has yet to catch a pass, although he did record a tackle with Jacksonville last season.
