This will be DT Justin Bannan's 11th season in the NFL, and though he's aware of how playing so many years in the game's trenches has taken a toll on others, he accepts it as part of the bargain. "Nobody put a gun to my head," he said. "I try not to think about it. Obviously my wife is worried." But he knows there may come a day when his perspective changes. "There's pros and cons to everything in life," he added. "Maybe when I'm 60 I'll go, 'Maybe I shouldn't have played all those years.'"
