The Eagles have released their inactives for Thursday's preseason finale against the Jets. Defensive backs Brandon Hughes (hand) and Curtis Marsh (hand) and offensive tackle Dennis Kelly will not play due to injuries. The Eagles will travel to Washington for Week 1 on Sept. 9.
