OLB Larry English fully participated in OTAs on Tuesday. It was his first full practice since he broke a toe that kept him out of last season's final 10 games. English also ended the 2010 season on IR with an injury to the same bone. English said he didn't have sufficient time to prepare for last season because he didn't receive medical clearance until just before training camp. English said he feels better than he did a year ago and is hopeful the extra time he had this offseason to prepare will enable him to stay healthy.
