The Falcons cut five players who spent time on the team's practice squad last season, per the Baltimore Sun.
The players released were free safety Brandan Bishop, tackle Reid Fragel, cornerback Jordan Mabin, linebacker Jacques Smith and running back Ronnie Wingo.
None of the five had appeared in a game with the Falcons.
