One of the reasons the Broncos acquired FB Chris Gronkowski from the Colts on May 24 was his versatility, offensive coordinator Mike McCoy noted. "We'll flex him out a little bit and he's athletic enough to expand the formations," McCoy said. "If you don't just want to line up with him in the I-formation all day long, then we can move him around." Gronkowski is the only FB with previous NFL regular-season experience on Denver's roster.
