DE Kamerion Wimbley has gained a following on You Tube with his jaw-dropping workout regimen designed by Denny Locascio of Impact Fitness in Tampa. In one drill, with his back against a 400-pound sled, Wimbley used his trapezoid muscles to push it roughly 50 yards. “That's one of the things he incorporates into the workout,” Wimbley said. “They push you physically and mentally.”
