Coach Greg Schiano apparently is making a statement with his treatment of TE Kellen Winslow, who said Monday on SiriusXM radio he's not in the Bucs' plans. Winslow, who has had six knee operations, has frequently missed practices in the past to rest his knees but in the last three years has not missed a game. Winslow was not at the first week of this year's OTAs. "You just don't get rid of one of your best [veterans] because of [missing some voluntary offseason workouts]," Winslow told SiriusXM.
