Jaguars RB Maurice Jones-Drew and K Josh Scobee remained away from the team’s facility as the second week of organized team activities began Tuesday. Scobee has yet to sign the team’s franchise tender offer, while Jones-Drew – who rarely has attended OTAs – has been reported to have an issue with his contract.
