Former third-round pick S Chad Jones has not been cleared to play at the upcoming mini-camp, according to a report by Newsday. Jones severely injured his leg two years ago in a car accident before he ever got a chance to participate in a single game for the Giants. Since then he has been working to return to the team and had been doing some offseason workouts with teammates.
