LB Brian Banks is well aware of how much ground he needs to make up to be a possible contributor on an NFL team. LBs coach Ken Norton Jr. is a vocal and demanding teacher and Banks is willing to be coached hard by the former All-Pro. “I like that style of coaching,” Banks said. “If it’s not right, tell me it’s not right. And if it needs fixing, tell me it needs fixing and let’s fix it together. We’ll get it done.”
