LG Kory Lichtensteiger participated in individual drills Thursday, but was once again held out of full-team work as he recovers from a torn ACL. This is where he expected to be in his recovery at this point. "I definitely still have some stiffness I have to work through," he said. But Lichtensteiger said he still expects to be 100 percent by training camp.
