The Panthers brought in left tackle Michael Oher on a two-year deal to shore up a shaky offensive line, but Oher himself has been shaky the last several seasons, putting the onus on the former Raven and Titan to produce, coach Ron Rivera told ESPN.com.
"Michael's shown up and come in here and worked very hard," Rivera said. "He's done a great job. I get the reports and look at the reports and look at what he's done. Everything he's done is telling us he wants to do the things he's done in the past.
Oher started 16 games for the Ravens when they won the Super Bowl in 2012, but his stint in Tennessee produced some poor numbers, and the Titans waived him after the 2014 season.
